Sketch and Birthday puppies

Over at Catch the Bug we have a new sketch challenge for you.

I need to build up my stash of masculine birthday cards and I felt this puppy image would be great teamed up with some brown papers I found in my scrap box. The dymo sentiment was laying on my desk and the bithday greeting was a negative die cut from another project, so this came ttogether quite quickly.

This card is also for:
Brown Sugar - #274 Birthday
4 Crafty Chicks - #384 Dies &/or Punches
Seize The Birthday - Birthday

The dog tooth check makes a wonderful background for the image, love the warm grey brown tones of the dogs.

Delightful image of these little pups, and yes, it does make a good guy card. Love the brown shades and the houndstooth background. The dymo happy looks wonderful with the larger die cut birthday sentiment. A good pairing to make a nice design. TFS & HUgs

I love this colour combo - the red looks great with the neutrals. And I love the fun dogs image with the classic tweedy pattern. Great card for a man (although a woman would love it too.)

Your puppy trio is adorable, Pia! Loving your brown theme with the burst of reds. Using that black "labeler" really makes your cards unique, and I love how you use it. Darling card (hoping you are staying warm and healthy this winter). Happy New Year! hugs, de
