Two cards with the same feather stamp

Today I have two cards to share, the reason for this being that they will be entered into the new Twofer Card Challenge, where you have to use the same product to make cards for two different occasions. The first challenge is abot feathers. I used an older feather stap from a Fiskars set.

 Card 1 - Thank you
I teamed up the feather with stamps from a, to me, new stamp set from Lawn Fawn I just couldn't resist. I subtly brushed grey and pink ink to the ground and added only a tiny bit of color, the red heart on the envelope and their yellow beeks. I used a black pen to draw the lines to sort of frame the scene.

This card is also for:
Pile It On - #138 Thank You and or/ Shades of Black & White + Optional Pop of color
Daring Cardmakers - Black, White, Pop
Moving along with the Times - #63 CAS
Sparkles Forum Challenges - #100 Thank You

Card 2 - Best wishes
As per challenge requirement I used the same feather stap, but this time with a "best wishes" sentiment for a birthday card.
I also went with layers and used a DP, but no colors.  The frame is staped and I used a gel pen to add some white detailing.
I don't know if you'll agree, but I feel this card is slightly more on the mascline side and I opted for a vintage look.

This card is also for:
The Male Room - #77- Vintage
Crafting with Dragonflies - Anything Goes Cards only
Crafty Catz - #400 Anything Goes option/Males Birthday

Two super cards Pia, a fun thank you card and lovely best wishes card - you would not think that you had used the same feather stamp to create both cards - they are both so very different.

Wow Pia, they are both fabulous!! Two wonderful CAS cards, both very impressive!! Love how you used the feather to achieve so different looks! The white one is cute and sweet and the touches of colors and the doodled frame all around make the birds pop! The second one in my opinion isn't pretty masculine but it would be also for feminine recipients, because of it's delicate feel and the faux lace! Well done on both!

One elegant and one adorable card for Darnell's challenge!

How clever to use those LF birds for your thank you card. They're adorable! And I love how you've incorporated the feather as a quill pen. Very sweet card. Your second card does have a masculine feel! Love the neutral colors you've used, and the added white. Two nice cards! Thank you for joining us at the Twofer Challenge! Bev

Two terrific designs, Pia! I love how that feather looks with your uber CAS heart mail using that sweet NBUS stamp ~ and well done with the doodled frame!! And your more masculine vintage card is very striking! That's a great frame stamp and I think adding the white to the dots was a wonderful idea!! Thank you so much for joining in my first Twofer Card Challenge! Hugs, Darnell

First let me say, "Well done!" These two cards couldn't be more different, and each is just wonderful! I agree the second is masculine (though it would be perfectly suited to women, too)-- I personally love it.

Your cards are a perfect example of how to achieve 2 entirely different cards from 1 stamp, both will be loved by their recipients.
